• *ONE-TIME household garbage removal* 

• Items wished to be taken to a thrift store - (dishes, paintings, clothes, picture frames, small furniture, toys, etc. Anything you would normally see in a thrift store.)

*List may not be complete. During quoting process, we will advise if the materials requested for removal are something we may not be able to remove/dispose of and/or transport.

Cost of removal all depends on what is being disposed of as well as the amount of items. We will determine this during the quoting process, and/or do a visit to get a better picture of what needs removed. Most jobs are completed with 1 person with a 4x4 pickup truck and a 5x8' utility trailer. Larger jobs may require additional hands (workers), equipment/tools, or vehicles/accessories (box truck rental/dumpster rental) to be able to remove the junk, in which those fees would be added to your quote. Costs can vary greatly per job. However, we do try to save our customers anywhere from 10 to even up to 50% as compared to other junk removal services in the area. We also beat minimum pickup fees of other competitors.

Disposal options vary based on the items we pick up. Most items that are in good shape, not dirty/damaged, and that can be reused or resold will be donated to a local thrift store or donation center. Any item that is damaged, dirty, or a material that can not be reused or salvaged (such as construction debris, household garbage, metals, etc) will be taken to a proper disposal or recycling center within Knox County such as the Transfer Station or a local landfill. 

Green waste (such as tree limbs, grass trimmings, dirt, leaves, brush, trees, etc) is taken to a local company that recycles this material into compost and/or mulch. Metal items are taken to either a metal recycling facility or scrap yard.

At this time, we do not. Most metals that we pick up along with other junk items will be dropped off at a recycling center so that it can be reused. Larger, individual items will be taken to a scrap yard, and we do charge for pickup of such items, but we do not solely pick up metal items for free to be sold for scrap metal. 

For small-medium size loads of solely metal items, we recommend reaching out to your local Facebook pages stating that you have metal items that can be picked up. There are individuals, known as "scrappers", who pick up metal items for free. They then sell the metal for cash at area scrap yards. 

However, as always, if you would rather pay someone for this service, we would be more than happy to haul off your metal items or large load of metal items, and we can provide a FREE quote for such services.

At this time, we do not. However, we can make recommendations on who to reach out to for prices of a dumpster rental. In most cases, we can also use box trucks for larger loads, often times quoting less than a dumpster rental. Our 4x4 truck and 5x8' utility trailer can also haul decent sized loads as well, costing much less than a box truck or dumpster rental.

We ALSO offer competitive dumpster loading services if you are unable to load the dumpster yourself.

For ONE-TIME garbage removal or items being taken to a thrift store, there is a minimum charge of $100 if in Powell, TN. If outside of Powell or if you're inquiring about other junk removal services, a quote will be provided that will accurately reflect those costs.

In most cases, you can expect your job to be scheduled and completed within 5 business days once all information has been gathered and the quote has been approved. In most cases, small jobs may be completed before 5 business days. Saturdays are when most jobs are completed.

Though not required, we certainly do appreciate tips! We've also received gifts in addition to extra money, including snacks, drinks, cookies, clothing items, tools, etc.
